30-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are not available.

How to request a refund

Use our contact page and include your order number (included in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy). We will process the refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after a refund

Your license key will be deactivated. The app will return to the free tier. You can continue using the free single-page scan features without any license.
